I can’t believe we did it! Pulled off the greatest (and fastest) Hot Tub ordering and installing that could be done! Your service department is very honest, helpful and is customer service focused. They could have sent a tech and charged me a lot of $, but instead they suggested a $5 o-ring and this did the trick.
