I am having cataract surgery November 17 and went for my medical clearance and EKG last week. I was floored when they told me my blood pressure reading was 120/70. It has always been normal high before this. I attribute it to the sauna. I was using it every morning for an hour followed by a long hot shower. The problem was I would be so relaxed all I wanted to do was enjoy the day instead of getting any work done. So what i am doing now is getting the work done first and then in late afternoon do my sauna thing and relax for the rest of the day. I am sleeping better, too. My goodness, I sound like a commercial but it's all true. Now if it could just help me lose a few pounds --- h'mmm.

I want to thank you, Chuck and Dave for an excellent experience in purchasing our new spa. Throughout you have been very professional, thorough and competent.

Today our spa was installed. Bruce and his crew was also thorough and very efficient. I couldn't believe how fast the job got done. He did a good job explaining everything (in stark contrast to our last experience with a different vendor!).

Brian Bradley did an excellent job in hooking up the electrical. I wondered how his work would be coordinated with the install crew. But Brian was at our home early, did his prep work and stayed after others left to be sure everything was complete.

In summary, my wife and I have been very satisfied with Ne Spas and all those associated with the store. Thanks for a stress-free and positive experience!

I can’t believe we did it! Pulled off the greatest (and fastest) Hot Tub ordering and installing that could be done! We had our first Sundance Cameo Hot Tub for 10 years and loved it, so when it came time to get a new one, New England Spas was the place I wanted to get it from, because you had always provided great service throughout the years with our first Hot Tub. All it took from me was a phone call saying I wanted a new Cameo, but I wanted installed within a week to surprise my husband. You worked your magic for me and I truly appreciate it. Your service department is very honest, helpful and is customer service focused. They could have sent a tech and charged me a lot of $, but instead they suggested a $5 o-ring and this did the trick.
