New England Spas is seeking to hire a sales associate to join our growing team! Since 1978 we’ve been making people’s lives a little warmer and more relaxed in our hot tubs, swim spas, and saunas. We are seeking to hire a sales professional to work with customers to find their perfect hot tub, sauna or swim spa. We offer the highest quality spas in America manufactured by Hot Spring®, and Sundance® and our saunas are from the world’s largest sauna manufacturer Finnleo Saunas®.
Assist store manager with all store operations
Effectively work with customers through all phases of the sales process
Open/close the store at appropriate scheduled time
Answer phones and check general sales/voicemail
Log all leads and follow-up swiftly and accordingly
Make required calls (10-20 per day) to check on delivery, answer water care questions, solicit referrals etc.
Sell a minimum of 7 spas per month – tallied quarterly
Regularly visit and study NES and competitor websites
Assist customers through the process of shopping for a spa via a vendor website
Process sale paperwork accurately and completely. Upload all documents to company database within required timeframe.
Handle customer inquires and complaints to completion and customer satisfaction
Maintain showroom including participating in “daily duties”
Plan for, coordinate and attend community, networking and outside events
Attend and participate in career development and training opportunities
Attend and contribute to company meetings
Assist retail department when needed with sales, stocking and troubleshooting
Follow the progress of sold spas/saunas/swimspas to their delivery date
Cover shifts at other locations or home shows as needed
Always present a polished and professional appearance
Self motivated sales professional with an outgoing personality that is effective at bringing prospects to a close, using a consultative-selling approach. Good communicator and maintains a positive relationship with co-workers, customers and suppliers. 3+ years of successful experience in spa and/or high-ticket item sales preferred.
