RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer in-coming calls and emails from customer looking for service on their tubs, swim spas & saunas
Return voicemails in a timely manner
Interact with customers, via phone/email. You will listen to their questions/concerns and address appropriately
Assist customers with their water care needs offering recommendations on how to best maintain their spa.
Manage customer complaints and resolve service-related customer issues with support from service manager.
Assist with scheduling service appointments
Assist other departments in the company on any service-related issues
