RESPONSIBILITIES:
Troubleshoot and isolate spa problems (including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing)
Process all paperwork – bill invoice and e-mail to customer
Process all warranty claims with manufacturer for credit
Maintain an appropriate van inventory to reduce the necessity of return visits
Maintain service vehicle – normal and preventative maintenance
Optimize driving route to maximize completed calls
Create return work orders for problems which require additional visits
Send quotes for recommended repairs and maintenance
Assist with spa deliveries as needed
Become a water maintenance expert
Perform maintenance and water care orientations for customers
Attend and contribute to staff meetings
Attend sales and product trainings, as needed
Attend manufacturer’s service trainings and obtain training certificates
Other duties as assigned
