I had a great experience with the team at New England spa. Mary did a phenomenal job orienting us and educating us on hot tub options that would be be best for our needs. Mary was patient and kind throughout the process. Carolyn was A+ with our water class, very informative and kind. Scott was helpful throughout, welcoming, and even helped us carry our bags to our car. Every visit we had to bring our children in and they were all so sweet and accommodating with them being distracting and rambunctious. 10/10 experience.
