Warranty Co-pays:
The warranties of our manufacturers stipulate that we are able to cover our travel costs through a warranty copay. Below are the warranty co-pay rates. Zones are determined by zip code.

Parts & Labor Warranty
We only use genuine manufacturer parts to ensure quality and reliability.
- Watkins parts include a 1-year warranty
- Sundance parts include a 180-day warranty
- Our labor is warrantied for 90 days (If the same issue reoccurs within 90 days of a completed repair, labor charges/warranty co-pays will not apply for the same issue).
Off-Brand Spas / Non–New England Spas Purchases:
As an authorized service center for Sundance, Jacuzzi, and Watkins brands, please note that for off-brand spas (or spas not purchased from New England Spas), labor rates may vary based on repair scope, zip code, and parts pricing. Parts for off-brand spas are not covered under warranty. Please email photos of your spa along with the service address to service@nespas.com so we can evaluate the repair and provide an estimate.
