We worked with Jeff to help us pick our hot tub! He was fantastic to work with and gave us all the information we needed to make the best choice for our family. Jeff was pressure free and was a strong communicator throughout the process, including coordinating with our contractor who was building our deck. I had a great experience with the team at New England spa. Mary did a phenomenal job orienting us and educating us on hot tub options that would be be best for our needs. Mary was patient and kind throughout the process. Carolyn was A+ with our water class, very informative and kind. Scott was helpful throughout, welcoming, and even helped us carry our bags to our car. Every visit we had to bring our children in and they were all so sweet and accommodating with them being distracting and rambunctious. 10/10 experience.

We recently purchased a sauna from NE Spa. Vicky was great from the moment we met her all throughout the sale, lead up to the install and even after the install. We cannot say enough about Vicky and her customer care! The products they have are amazing and the install was smooth and accurate. We are pleased and look forward to using our sauna for many years!
