Ryan Albert is the winner of the 2026 Randy Jones Customer Service Award. Each calendar year, New England Spas selects a candidate based on nominations from other staff members. The winner is someone who embodies our mission statement and values. They provide exceptional service to our customers, work with our vendors to provide solutions to challenges, regularly receive positive feedback from co-workers, and are considered team players in the company.
About Ryan Albert
Ryan is a service technician and joined New England Spas in 2022. In his time with us, he has developed a great amount of technical knowledge and he is always willing to share that knowledge with others. He also has a great ability to think ahead, often identifying and fixing issues before they become problems.
His dedication to both our customers and his co-workers makes him a deserving recipient of this year’s award.
Q&A With Ryan
1. Where are you from?
I was born in Lowell, MA, and moved to Central Massachusetts when I was around five or six years old.
2. What do you like to do when not at work?
In the winter I like to play video games. In the summer I spend as much time as I can at the beach with my family.
3. What was your first job?
My first job out of school was working as a carpenter.
4. Do you have any pets?
Yes! I have a cat, a bearded dragon, and a 4-foot ball python.
5. Favorite sports team(s)?
The New England Patriots — even when they don’t win.
6. Favorite TV show and/or movie?
I love superhero movies.
7. Favorite place you’ve visited?
The Cape — especially a quiet beach.
8. Favorite thing(s) about working at New England Spas
Besides all the great people who work here and the friendships I’ve made, I love the variety of places the job takes me. One day you’re fixing a spa and looking out at the ocean, the next day you’re in Central Mass with a great view of the mountains — and during the fall that’s the best. I also really enjoy fixing things that are broken and seeing how much customers appreciate the work. It’s great knowing they can relax and enjoy their spa or sauna again because of the repair.
Ryan chose Starlight Children’s Foundation as the recipient of the company’s charitable donation.
Each year the Randy Jones Award winner picks a charity of choice for a company paid donation. The Starlight Children’s Foundation helps bring comfort to children in hospitals by providing gaming systems and entertainment during their hospital stays.
