Concrete Pad Installer

We are seeking an experienced Concrete Pad Installer to lead our concrete team in the efficient and timely pouring of cement pads for hot tubs, swim spas, and saunas.

New England Spas has been the leading detailer of hot tubs, swim spas and saunas in the area since 1978, and we are expanding our delivery and installation department to include an in-house cement pad team.

As a Concrete Pad Installer, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the concrete pouring process, including coordinating with the delivery team, ensuring the quality of work, and managing the team on site. The ideal candidate should have some background in concrete construction, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Our operations center is located in Westborough, MA where this role will be based. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to run a team installing cement pads, landscape timber framed crushed stone pads, synthetic spa decking.
• Knowledge of framing, leveling earth and general carpentry,
• Evaluate sites and give estimates.
• Operate a truck and trailer.
• Ability to lift heavy items.
• Assist with spa, swim spa or sauna delivery.
• Schedule the delivery of cement or crushed stone
• Pick up stock from stores for installations.
• Extensive knowledge of concrete mixing, framing, shaping, leveling.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a concrete forman or similar role
• Knowledge of concrete construction techniques, materials, and equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required
• Ability to lift heavy objects
