Hot Tub Technician

New England Spas has been the leading hot tub dealer in the area for over 40 years. We are seeking to hire an individual to clean, maintain, and service of hot tubs and swim spas to ensure safe, enjoyable, and long-lasting use for our customers.
This position is mostly on the road and requires driving a company vehicle. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required. Our training and operations center is located on Rt. 9 in Westborough, MA.
Responsibilities:
- Become a hot tub water care expert with a full understanding of the supplies and chemicals necessary to maintain proper water chemistry.
- Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning filters, balancing water chemistry, and inspecting equipment.
- Process invoices and log job details using our computer system (you’ll have a laptop and wireless air card in your vehicle).
- Maintain the inventory on your vehicle ensuring that you have the necessary parts and equipment.
- Assist in training new employees as requested.
- Assist with spa deliveries as needed.
- Attend and contribute to management/staff meetings.
- Attend sales and product trainings as needed.
- Attend manufacturer service training and obtain training certificates.
- Troubleshoot and isolate spa problems and repair.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Tenacity to find and fix problems
- Some mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry or other technical experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
