Nobody walks into the store in a bad mood! We are in a ‘happy’ industry for people who want to take charge of their health.
Favorite Spa/Sauna
No question it’s the Sundance Optima. I have owned one since 2017. It is the most copied spa in the world. The combination of size, comfort, and power, in addition to the ease of use and maintainability, makes it an easy choice.
Best Advice for First-Time Buyers
You can buy a spa that is too small, but you can’t buy a spa that is too big!

I never write reviews, but today I am going to. I tagged along while my sister went shopping for a hot tub today. The first place we went to only gave us minimal information and vague answers when we asked questions. We left there and went to New England Spas in Natick, where we had a completely different experience. Our salesman was named Jason, he was attentive snd very informative in a friendly way. He was able to break things down and explain things in an easy to understand manner. He never tried to upswell us and answered all of our questions.
