I love to play Tiger Woods golf on my WII. Fun Fact I am a right-handed person who does mostly everything lefty, including shooting pool, golfing and throwing darts. My pool Game is by far the best of the three.
Why do you enjoy working in the wellness industry?
My favorite part of the job is meeting new people and helping them with their wellness journey. I have been in the service industry one way or another for over 36 years. I truly love helping people with their wants and needs.
Favorite Spa/Sauna
My favorite hot tub is the Optima. I enjoy the fact that it has open seating. If you are sitting in the captain’s chair, it gives you a full body massage from your next to your toes and every place in-between including your wrist.

We bought our original hot tub at NE Spas and enjoyed it for 21 years. It was now time to either replace it or landscape the former location. Mary Gannon answered my call and listened to my story, decision options, and clarified a few items. She promptly provided several hot tub quotes. After reviewing, timing wasn’t in our favor but we agreed to remain in touch. A month later I reached out to re-engage our conversation. Mary suggested we meet at the Natick store (she’s based in the Warwick RI store) given it’s much closer to me. My wife and I met with Mary who patiently walked us through various options based on our needs. Needless to say we are now enjoying our new hot tub! Great buying experience.
