I enjoy the interactions with customers and helping someone find a spa, sauna, swim spa or cold plunge that fits their needs.
Favorite Spa/Sauna
For hot tub model, I like the Cameo. The 880 series have amazing hydrotherapy jets, and I like the lounge footprint of the Cameo.
For sauna, I like the IS565. It is a convenient sauna to have for an indoor space, the versatility of being able to do traditional and infrared at a push of a button is a great feature and the layout of having an L-shape bench is convenient for multiple people.
Best Advice for First-Time Buyers
Feel confident asking questions and building a comfortable rapport with your salesperson. They should be someone you trust and feel at ease reaching out to for guidance throughout the many years of your spa’s lifespan.
Top Relaxation tip
While soaking, sit back and look up into the sky whether night or day, take a few deep breaths and clear your mind, try to reset, do this for a few minutes.

We purchased our hot tub with the help of Phong at the Norwell location. He was amazing! He was very informative, kind and patient as we knew nothing about hot tubs! He walked us through the chemicals, and how to use each one of them to do our initial start up. He checked up on us after an initial bump and we had to have a service technician come out. That technician was Brandon who was also amazing! We are now enjoying our hot tub!!!! Thank you so much Phong and Brandon!
