With over 20 years of experience in this industry, I’ve worked in many departments. I started my career here managing service and delivery. I am very up front on the installation to offer the best experience for years to come. I’ve done hundreds of water care orientations and know exactly how to care for your water.
Fun Facts, Hobbies & Interests:
I have two wonderful daughters and three precious grandchildren who I am very close to and take care of on my days off for the past 10 years. I am a vegetarian and love to cook, garden, travel and hike. I also love to soak in my hot tub and look at the stars and sweat in my sauna to get rid of all the toxins in our bodies.
Why do you enjoy working in the wellness industry?
I’ve worked at New England Spas for many years and own a hot tub and sauna myself, which I use on a very regular basis. I love to pass on my passion for health and wellness to inspire others to do the same with the incredible relaxation products we offer.
Favorite Spa/Sauna
The Sundance Optima is my favorite because of the various massage options, comfortable seats, and the foot dome in the middle for a luxurious foot massage. It helps me relax after a long day and get a great night’s sleep.
Best Advice for First-Time Buyers
Don’t be fooled by Spa Expos. These weekend events are one company pushing one brand of products with high pressure sales tactics. Take your time, do your research and go with a company that is going to be there for all of your questions and support for the next 15- 20 years of ownership. I always tell my clients if you need anything at all to contact me. Once the sale is complete at other companies or Spa Expo events, you will never talk to that person again. They move on to the next person. I am your hot tub concierge for the long haul and I love what I do!
Top Relaxation tip
Spend time with your family together in our swim spas, hot tubs, and saunas. Soak with your teenagers and get them away from the computers, TV, and smartphones. I have so many clients tell me this is the best thing they have ever done and it brought the family together to talk and have fun.
