Planning to Sink or Enclose Your Spa?
We recommend allowing at least three feet of access on all four sides of your spa in the event that a technician needs to access your spa for service. If you are planning to sink your spa into the ground or enclose it with walls please speak with a member of our team first.

Site Preparation & Inspiration
A solid level surface is required. The typical weight load is 80-100 lbs per square foot. This may be supported by a recessed gravel bed embedded with pressure treated wood, 4″x4″ or larger beams, a reinforced concrete slab at least 4″ thick, patio stones or pavers, wooden deck, or SmartDeck available.
