Gold Service

Bi-Weekly Valet Package

Gold service gives you peace of mind that your tub is working properly and is available on a pay as you go, month-to-month basis ($249 per visit). For the best savings, purchase a year and get 1 drain, clean, and refill free! ($699 value).

Requires weekly maintenance by homeowner on the “off weeks”. A plan for this weekly treatment is developed with the water care technician.

Silver Service

Monthly Valet Package
Prepaid annual price: $1,899.00*

Want the pro’s to come out and service the spa every month?

Requires weekly maintenance by homeowner on the “off weeks”. A plan for the weekly treatment is developed with the water care technician. Pre-pay for the year and get 1 drain, clean, and refill for free ($699 value). Pay as you go for $179 a month.

Winterize Service

$599*

If you’ll be out of town for the winter months, we can winterize your spa so it stays safe. Simply draining the hot tub will not protect the unit from freeze damage and could turn your investment from something into a whole lot of nothing. We ask that the hot tub remain full so we can evaluate any issues prior to shutting the unit down. This service has limited availability. Service must be performed before weather is consistently under 32 degrees.

Drain, Clean, and Refill

$699.00*

Old water in the hot tub? Let us do the dirty work. We will drain, clean, and refill the hot tub, as well as clean the hot tub cover. Startup chemicals and supplies are not included in this cost, but we are happy to bring them out at the time of service.

Pricing displayed is for non-valet customers. Two visits are required. The first to pre-treat your spa for deep cleaning and the second to refresh with new water and balanced chemistry. Depending on location of hot tub and length of fill time for hot tub from water source – pricing may vary. Pricing does not include start up supplies. Supplies can be added to your order at time of scheduling. New England Spas recommends, at minimum, the following supplies at every drain/refill: Sanitizer Side Kick, Silky Smooth, Metal Gon, Zorbie, Mouse Away. Your valet technician will deliver these items and charge for them unless you inform the service representative that you do not want them at the time you schedule your appointment.

Platinum Service

• Spa water tested & balanced
• Filters cleaned
• Spa vacuumed
• Add water to unit if level is low (must have available water source)
• Mineral Purifier Cartridge replaced (if due, billed separately)
• Unit & functions checked
• Report any possible service needs
• Perform ozone maintenance

Fill & Balance

One Time Service
$1,750.00*

Fill & Balance Service can be available to customers who wish for us to fill their swim spa and balance the water chemistry for them. We require advanced notice for this service to coordinate the water delivery and schedule a technician to be available on site at the same time.

If you are part of our weekly maintenance plan, and paid in full for the year, you will receive a discount on this service. ($1,000) The pricing for either service does not include the cost of water care supplies necessary to balance your swim spa water.
