I bought my spa 2.5 years ago through Phong and he was a pleasure to work with at the time, but I am writing this review because I have been highly impressed with the quality of service since then. While Phong was helpful in choosing the correct spa for me and my family, I’ve been blown away by the responsiveness any time I have reached out, and how helpful he (and the rest of the staff an NE Spa) have been with any/all of our spa needs.
