Sales Associate

New England Spas has been the leading hot tub dealer in Massachusetts for over 40 years. We are seeking to hire sales professionals to join our growing team. We are currently hiring sales associates for our Norwell, MA location, and our soon to be open newest location in Warwick, RI.

Responsibilities:

  • Become a hot tub, swim spa, and sauna expert
  • Follow up with leads swiftly and accordingly
  • Assist customers through the process of shopping for spas and saunas
  • Make required calls (10-20 per day) to follow up with leads, check on delivery, and answer water care questions
  • Process sale paperwork accurately and completely. Upload all documents to the company database within the required timeframe
  • Open/close the showroom at the appropriate scheduled time
  • Attend and participate in career development and training opportunities
  • Assist with retail sales and stocking products
  • Cover shifts at the other showrooms as needed
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints to completion and customer satisfaction

Success Characteristics:

  • Good communicator with the ability to maintain a positive relationship with customers, co-workers, and suppliers
  • Must be highly self-motivated with an aptitude for consultative selling
