Spa Repair

In the event that your spa is not functioning properly, you can request service and we’ll schedule a technician to diagnose and repair the issue. Once we receive your request, we will contact you to schedule a service appointment.

Things to be prepared for at the time of our call to set up your appointment:

• We take a credit card deposit at the time of scheduling your service visit in order to book the appointment.
• Deposits will become store credit if an appointment is cancelled and can be used towards future services, supplies, or accessories.
• Appointments are on a first come, first serve basis. Our time frames are typically an all day window.
• If you need to be home for service, we can give a call 30 minutes in advance before arriving to your home.

Swim Spa Repair

Let us maintain the quality of your swim spa so you don’t have to worry! We offer a comprehensive maintenance package where the our pros will service your swim spa weekly. Just need us to fill and balance the water? We can do that too!

Valet Services

If your client is interested in a house with a hot tub, but they're worried about maintaining it, we can help! With our signature valet services our expert technicians will maintain the water and do the cleaning! Weekly, bi-weekly and monthly packages available.

New Customer Orientation

Do you have a client buying a house with a hot tub, but they're not sure how to maintain it? We'll show them! Provided on site for their convenience we'll go over the water chemistry and hot tub operations (up to one hour).

Winterize Service

$599**

If you’ll be out of town for the winter months, we can winterize your spa so it stays safe. Simply draining the hot tub will not protect the unit from freeze damage and could turn your investment from something into a whole lot of nothing. We ask that the hot tub remain full so we can evaluate any issues prior to shutting the unit down. This service has limited availability. Service must be performed before weather is consistently under 32 degrees.

Move or Removal

Does your potential buyer want that hot tub GONE? We can help! We need a few pictures of the landscape to see what equipment is needed to make the removal possible (if you cannot provide pictures our team can arrange for a site visit). This service does not include carpentry which may be required.

Drain, Clean, and Refill

$699.00*

Old water in the hot tub? Let us do the dirty work. We will drain, clean, and refill the hot tub, as well as clean the hot tub cover. Startup chemicals and supplies are not included in this cost, but we are happy to bring them out at the time of service.

Pricing displayed is for non-valet customers. Two visits are required. The first to pre-treat your spa for deep cleaning and the second to refresh with new water and balanced chemistry. Depending on location of hot tub and length of fill time for hot tub from water source – pricing may vary. Pricing does not include start up supplies. Supplies can be added to your order at time of scheduling. New England Spas recommends, at minimum, the following supplies at every drain/refill: Sanitizer Side Kick, Silky Smooth, Metal Gon, Zorbie, Mouse Away. Your valet technician will deliver these items and charge for them unless you inform the service representative that you do not want them at the time you schedule your appointment.
