Service Coordinator

We are seeking to hire a customer-oriented individual to join our service department. Primary responsibilities are answering service-related phone calls and assisting with scheduling service appointments. This position will be based out of our main service operations center in Westborough, MA. If you like a fast paced environment, have great interpersonal skills, and want to be a part of an award-winning team – this position is for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Answer in-coming calls and emails from customer looking for service on their tubs, swim spas & saunas
  • Return voicemails in a timely manner
  • Interact with customers, via phone/email. You will listen to their questions/concerns and address appropriately
  • Assist customers with their water care needs offering recommendations on how to best maintain their spa.
  • Manage customer complaints and resolve service-related customer issues with support from service manager.
  • Assist with scheduling service appointments
  • Assist other departments in the company on any service-related issues

Success Characteristics:

Self motivated, customer focused individual with have strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service role. Experience with scheduling appointments (for example in a medical or dental office) is preferred, but not required.
  • Positive, friendly attitude!
