I had my new hot tub delivered and installed today. It was amazing to see it hoisted over my house and dropped on my deck. The team onsite was terrific and looked after every detail. My end-to-end customer journey was excellent. I had a great customer experience and will be reaching out to them for service now that my hot tub is installed.

Couldn’t be more happy with the crew that came out to install the tub and set up the canopy cover. Kevin, Christian and Dan! They were professional, timely, and met my needs as we are building a new deck around this spa and the canopy that cannot be secured until we are done so they will come back on another requested date to finish the work. They told me all the information I needed to know about the spa and canopy cover that I originally didn’t know and needed to know to build a deck around the spa. They are the pinnacle of workers for New England spa! Highly recommend this company and their crew.

Installation team was fantastic. Friendly people carefully setting up your tub. I highly recommend the staff at the Natick location.
