Your service called is scheduled

Thank you for choosing New England Spas. 

Please see below for information regarding your scheduled service call.

Our time frames are typically an all day window.

As much as we would like to narrow down a time window for your service appointment, we are unable to provide this information as each service call is unique. Messages left regarding time frames will not be returned, but if you requested a call on the way when your appointment was scheduled, the technician will call you approximately 30 minutes before they arrive.

A few reminders:

Do not drain your spa.

Please fill the tub if it has been leaking or you are scheduled for a drain, clean and fill service.

As long as the spa and breaker are outside and accessible, you do not need to be home at the time of service.

Please have a hose and water supply available.

Do you need any products?

We provide replacement filters, chemicals, pillows and a variety of products to help you get the most from your spa. Let our technicians help you save shipping costs by brining products out to you during your service. Let us know what you need! 

If we do not have them on the truck at the time of service we can ship them to you. Orders over $100 ship for free.

If you need to cancel your service visit:

We only accept cancellations via email; send an email requesting cancellation to service@nespas.com at least 2 days before your scheduled appointment.

If you cancel your appointment more than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, your deposit will be refunded into an account credit to be used towards a new service call or any retail products.
