Dennis became a part of New England Spas in 2020, and he is currently a key member of our Delivery Administration Team. He contributes in many ways including communicating with customers to ensure a seamless delivery of their hot tub, swim spa or sauna, conducting customer site visits, managing shipping of orders from our online store, and assisting with day-to-day operations of our warehouse in Westborough.
Dennis is this year’s winner of our Randy Jones Customer Service Award. Each calendar year New England Spas selects a candidate based on nominations from staff members. The winner is someone who embodies our companies’ mission statement and values. They provide exceptional service to our customers, work with our vendors to provide solutions to challenges, regularly receive positive feedback from coworkers, and are considered team players in the company.

Each year the Randy Jones Award winner picks a charity of choice for a company paid donation. Dennis selected the Herren Project.

Favorite thing about working at New England Spas
I enjoy the fact that every day is different, and I’m constantly kept on my toes problem solving. I also love the people we work with, the sense of family and comradery.
Where are you from?
Warwick, RI but I currently live in Worcester.
What do you like to do when not at work? Hobbies etc.?
I’m an avid volleyball player and compete for money. I also have really gotten into golf but I’m not good at that. Other hobbies include whitewater kayaking, surfing, snowboarding, and hiking.
What was your first job?
My first job was as a soccer referee at the age of 10; however, my first real job was a white-water kayak instructor at Zoar Outdoor.
Favorite sports team(s)?
I’m a die-hard Houston Texans fan. I also support the Celtics, Red Sox and Bruins.
Favorite TV show and/or movie?
I don’t watch much TV but I enjoy having Parks & Rec on in the background.
Favorite band (s) or singer
Anything country but if I had to choose Chase Rice
Favorite place you’ve visited?
Hawaii is by far my favorite place and I can’t wait to go back.
